E-learning platform development and validation
Intoduction
The main objectives of this work package are:
To set up an e-learning platform for ESG courses, which will support course delivery as part of both face-to-face and online training. The partners will contribute to the availability of the platform in the 4 languages through translation.
To provide guidelines and specifications for the development of training materials that are coherent, consistent, and compatible with the training platform.
To integrate ESG training content of the Train4ESG program in the platform. Relevant training materials will be developed in WP3 of the project.
To validate the e-learning platform and the ESG training program as part of the first delivery of the course that will upskill at least 200 adult professionals of the finance sector, notably adult professionals working on fintechs, private equity firms, regulators, and other financial organizations. The first-course delivery will include physical face-to-face courses in France and Luxembourg (LTTA), as well as on-line engagement of professionals from the different consortium countries leveraging the possibility for on-line delivery of the ESG course through the eLearning platform.
To consider feedback from the delivery of the training program (LTTA) to fine-tune the learning platform and the Train4ESG content. The specific objectives of the work package contribute to the global project’s objective i.e., to upskill adult learners of the finance sectors (notably fintechs) in the area of ESG projects, investments, and related tools. In this direction, the e-learning platform serves as a main knowledge transfer channel and is, therefore, a mandatory part of the project along with the learning content. The work package objectives will also ensure that a minimum of 200 adults in the target groups are upskilled in terms of their ESG knowledge, as part of the first delivery of the course, while providing feedback for improving the platform and the courses.
