Dissemination, communication and sustainability

The main objectives of this work package are:

1. To disseminate the project and its results at local, national, and international levels and towards different stakeholders and audiences, including financial sector stakeholders, ESG stakeholders, and the general public.

2. To promote awareness-raising and to engage participants in the project's activities, including landscaping activities (WP2), content development activities (WP3), and the validation of the training program based on its delivery (WP4). Special emphasis will be paid to engaging adult professionals in the delivery of the course. Dissemination of project outcomes towards the identified target groups will allow reaching potential participants to the ESG training course while raising people’s awareness on the topic.

3. To ensure the sustainability and wider use of the project's outputs. Specifically, the project will aim at sustaining the course beyond the end of the project while increasing the number of professionals that will access the course through the Train4ESG platform. The stakeholders' engagement objective is a key prerequisite for the implementation of the project's activities in WP2, WP3, and WP4, and as such it is essential to realizing the general objectives of the project. For example, it is a prerequisite for engaging the 200 professionals that will be upskilled as per the general objectives of the project. The dissemination and communication objectives of the work package are also important for raising awareness about the project's outcomes, towards boosting stakeholders' engagement after the end of the project, while also raising the general public's awareness about the importance of ESG projects in the financial sector. Finally, the sustainability objective of the work package will maximize the impact of the project and will boost the general objectives of the project that relate to exploitation and sustainability.
